Board Chair – Greg Ibsen

Greg is the CEO and founder of Summit Service Group which has operated continuously for 35 years. Greg has over 40 years of entrepreneurial business experience including the founding of Advanced Floor Coatings, Diamond Peak Supply and Summit Auto Brokers. Greg has served on a variety of non-profit boards, is a founding member and past Chairman of the InnovAge Foundation and has served on the InnovAge corporate board. Greg currently serves on the Boards of RCLC Homeowners Association and Southwest Baptist Church. He has served as a member of the Minority Businessman’s Roundtable, as United Way Section Chair for fundraising, as a volunteer at Johnson Adult Day Program and as Director of Foreign Missions for his church. In his role as Director of International Service for Lakewood Foothills Rotary Club, its “Rotary for Mexico” earthquake relief project was nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize. This project organized the shipment of 33 train cars of donated hospital equipment from Colorado and surrounding States to Mexico City, in response to the devastating earthquake in 1985. Greg’s other volunteer work has included teaching seminars in “Healthy Community”, “Entrepreneurship”, “Business Planning” and “Business Ethics” in Argentina, China, Denmark, India, Mexico and Sweden.
